So out of curiosity, I have 66% CR to 130% CD on my artifacts for The shogun and My ER is at 250% since my CD is kind of on the lower side, I still think the Engulfing lightning is worth it for me and I have 50,000 primos so like should I try to raise my Crit Damage?
which is better for BAAL? set 1: 38% CR (crit rate), 62% CD (crit dmg) and 90% ER energy recharge) verses set 2: 23% CR, 97% CD and 66% ER????
