  2. In the Silent Woods map there's actually a better spot further up the waterfall on the left side. There's an incline sticking out right by a small ledge, and if you jump through the waterfall from that incline, you'll be climbing behind it. That small ledge is one of the locations where the favour can drop, and to get it you just drop down, run out and jump onto the ledge, which takes less than 2 seconds. Careful though, trying to glide through the waterfall will send you to the pool at the bottom. Learned that the hard way but still gave the hunter the slip and got back behind the waterfall.

  3. I actually take this game seriously, and when I am the hunter, I do mean business. I may as well call myself a veteran (not to brag), having played TOO MANY GAMES of the previous windtrace, and especially the new one.

So for hunters out there, here's a tip. You always want your camera to be adjusted farthest. Best hiding spots are usually in the walls, trees (but not that effective anymore in the new windtrace), and cut corners. To be specific:

Mondstadt's Dawn Winery has lots of bait props, so it's a good thing to memorize props a bit. Go to small crevices, and keep a higher camera vision. Always go to the top every 20 seconds, to keep them on ground, and always check the walls.

Guili Plains might look hard, but that's because vision is blocked, but all the more reason to catch faster. Check the walls inside the ruins, that's it. It's the best hiding spot there.

Starsnatch Area is easy for hunters tbh. It's too open, but there's still good spots to hide. Check the waterfalls, the cliffs. Make sure to keep a higher camera vision, and remember: the waterfalls is an illusion.

Qingce Village is now easy compared to last time. There's still spots to hide, so check the vines, the walls, the cliffs, the bridge. Again, higher camera vision, and try to check the scarecrows every once in awhile.

Ritou is difficult for hunters, third hardest. Check the small alleyways, the store banners, the roofs, and especially the tree. Keep an eye towards the central tree. Someone goes inside there. If you find them, they can never escape that easily. Higher camera vision, as always.

The Encampment is the second to the hardest map for my experience. Rooftops are a thing. Check the house walls, the insides of watchtowers, the back side of the gates. Memorize the ladders. Favors are tricky here.

Higi Village is the hardest map for the hunters. Lots of props, lots of hiding places, lots of cover to work around. Check underneath platforms, behind the houses and the walls, the rooftops, the trees, the bridge, and the cliffs. The platforms are the most important one. Keep a higher camera vision, and always check the bushes.

Finally, the Kamisato Estate. Very small, so it's easier. You'll find most rebels on the roofs. Check the walls, especially in the corners. The fences might be worth checking, and don't forget the outside. It's alot bigger than you think.

With that said, here's also tips to be better. Practice climbing and flying. It's the only movement that doesn't speeds up. memorize the props, ALWAYS PRIORITIZE THE FAVOR. If you don't get it, there's a high chance you lose.

When using the favor, DO NOT USE IT RIGHT AWAY. Alot of players use it immediately, with no way to determine where they are. So use the favor at the exact duration of the timer, and keep your detection off cd. If you use it without waiting for your detection, you lose the seconds you need to find them. So if you have imprison, wait for the timer to reach 40 seconds, and then use it, then use your detection.

For abilities, the hunch is good for open areas, with not much elevation. it is not good with insight, but still gives you a good chance to find them. If you are confident in your abilities, then intuition is get to go. And if you also know the map well, then curse is the way to go.

The sensor is good for area with high and low elevations, with not much openness. it is not good with curse, because it's almost the same as that, but still is good. If you are confident in your abilities, then go for insight. But if you want a guaranteed success, use intuition.

This is based on my experience as a hunter. Do not take my word for it, as I'm only sharing my thoughts about it. And so hunters, Good Luck!

  4. For the dawn winery, theres a spot where 2 hedges intersect at the front of the building, just to the side of the entrance. Youre completely invisible as a lamp im the hedges
