  2. As I started as a noob F2P, I totally agree with Qiqi and Barbara's rating,
    Also I completely understand why whales can't see why.
    They will never know how it was to struggle from the start of the game and start with no information about the game, without hardcore gamer skill.

    Chat was not trolling Seka, we just have perspective that whales will never have. Whales making F2P accounts does nothing.

  3. Lets make it clear: qiqi is bad is a dps which is why people don't like her since she's supposed to be a healer dps
    As far as healing goes, qiqi applies her final's talisman on her normal attack at later ascension, which she dumpsters anyone in terms of healing.

    Diona is said to be better because of her shield but what people don't know is that diona has a low shield duration and her shield is too weak to build as f2p. They watch players that play 5hrs a day build her with 45k hp amd think she's better.
    As far as being a normal player goes, qiqi will be better

  5. Heh, I mostly use Klee as a sub-DPS. Double E, and get her clunky butt off the field 😉

    Surprised people rated Xinyan so high. Even at C6, she's not that good. Her shield forces you to choose between it and damage, so that guts her in a lot of ways. Cooldowns versus duration of abilities is bad, which further hurts her as support. Sure, she has some phys related stuff, but with how resist debuffs work, and how the general availability and size of phys DMG things, she's not that great in that regard. Her phys resist debuff is tied to the swing of her E, so getting the shield from her burst doesn't give it to you, and with the length of the cooldown, that limits your ability to apply it to enough mobs to make it worthwhile in a lot of situations. I'd only rate her as an A as a sub-DPS, and lower everywhere else.

    I agree on Hu Tao low ranking as a sub DPS. That said, besides her burst, she can do her charge attack as well, for the pyro DoT.

    Barbara is very F2P friendly. She only needs a three star weapon. She isn't reliant on energy recharge to heal, nor other characters standing in a small circle to be healed, she can heal off the field characters, and she has high hp, making her survivable. Hydro + electro is also very effective against multiple lower hp enemies, which is most of the open world. Her only real drawback is the wet status she applies to the party, and then only around cry enemies, which admittedly is lots of the current abyss. She's the character that ought to be on the novice banner, not Noelle.

    Qiqi is not an S tier support. She's good at healing, but bad at cryo application and energy generation. Guess people only rated her for the healing, though.

    Diona's F2P rating is about right. She's more gearing dependent, plus needs enough energy regen from the team. Easy enough for a whale to have, but harder for a F2P player to achieve, and why the E capable healers are rated highly. Once you get her geared, though, in a good team, she's great.

    Think people messed up Eula, but she's brand new, so that's to be expected. With how much of her damage comes from her burst, I think she's a very good sup-DPS. Her F2P rating, on the other hand, is too high. But she probably got rated that high because swing, swing, swing is easy.

    For Sucrose and F2P, it isn't that hard for a F2P player to have a C1 of a four star. Plus, well, the anemo situation is bad. Three are banner five stars, and the other is the Traveler, which means that horrid moving burst. We desperately need another four star anemo character or two. But setting that aside, she's still easy to use even without C1. Swap through a couple of characters to apply some elements, then swirl away. Easy and effective, especially if the enemies help out with some extra elemental status types.

  6. the reason why qiqi is f2p friendly is because she shows up a lot for them when they don't want her, and i bet the most 5 star character that has cons in them for f2p is qiqi lol

Fischl is unironically one of the best physical DPS’s in the game behind Eula, tbh I think she surpasses Razor solely due to her flexible play style and constant electro application for superconduct. Severely underrated as a main DPS overall so I’m happy that she gets at least an A in that category

  12. A very nice community tierlist, more reliable than a couple of people or small group that has gone and whaled to see just how good a character is. Also, with so many characters all of these will have a large group maining them since day one/first pulled, so you get quite a nice diversity too.

  22. I don't know. I have a few issues with the f2p friendly part. Yeah, it's subjective, but some of these results makes me uncomfortable.
    I feel like Beidou needs more consts than most of the characters with similar or lower rating and lots of investment in general to do damage, because electro sucks. XQ doesn't need consts or any investment at all if you just use him to vap your pyro DPS.
    Comparatively, Yanfei actually needs no constellation or strong weapon. What she needs is a good support (especially a shielder) and a ranged playstyle. I see people using her like (a melee) Klee, which is … rather questionable.

  26. Tier lists do be sucking though when you see Razor's F2P friendliness is S tier list but Keqing is A tier where's Keqing can use the same build as Razor and put out more DPS with a F2P Physical sword

  29. What the f, Geo Trav sub dps… A? He cast nukes on nukes, S Tier!

    And Anemo Traveler, he can deal a 60% debuff with viri and can debuff anemo res! Only B Tier in support? A Tier!

  32. I strongly disagree with Childe being bad support with his passive my Hu Tao doing more DMG <3
    also as sub DPS he is very good, how can be Mona better, she's better in being support
    And he is f2p friendly, just need to play him right with his cooldown so I am little sad that people still don't know this

  33. the only characters i was surprised/disagree with was Zhongli and diona
    Zhongli-takes a lot of work to make good and very reliant on cons so i think he should be an A or B for fp2
    Diona-is an alright sub DPS

    but besides that good vid for newer players
