Elemental mastery lisa in 1st floor of weapon ascension domain north of dawn winery will do it I was able to kill a slime in one regular attack and then just spam attack
There’s a location in liyue that spawns in all the right slimes and all you need to do it’s swirl them, I used kazuha and just went back each day to do it
It being the hardest is a bit of a stretch but yet it’s still kinda impossible
I got the with the wind achievement in the spiral abyss by swirling slimes with kazuha 😂
