Welcome back to the channel.
The Version 4.6 beta keeps dropping new leaks about Arlecchino.
Today, we just received leaks about the 4.6 beta version 3, which is going to buff Arlecchino’s damage, interruption, and constellation changes. We will also discuss whether she is going to be better than Neuvellite.

Let’s dive into the video.
A few minutes ago, we got leaks from Uncle K and TL hxg that Arlecchino is receiving more buffs in the 4.6 beta version 3, which is coming soon.
In this beta, Arlecchino will have an increase in interruption resistance like Neuvellite, and her DMG value will increase even more. Arlecchino already has good damage numbers, and they are still increasing.
We also got some information about her constellation buffs in the next beta, according to FouL.
Arlecchino’s Constellation 1 will provide the same level of interruption resistance as Neuvellite. Don’t worry, this will not change the old c1; it will be added to the previous c1. That gives:
“When Normal Attack Bidden Beheading’s ‘Masque of the Red Death’ hits an opponent, it has a 33% chance of not consuming Arlecchino’s Bond of Life, instead granting a Bond of Life worth 5% of her Max HP.”
Now, in addition to Neuvilette’s level of interruption resistance in her C1 in Beta version 3, we also have a buff on her C6.
Previously, it was like this:
“The DMG of All is Ash’s dash-cleave is increased by Arlecchino’s ATK multiplied by 500% of Arlecchino’s current Life Bond percentage. For 20s after Arlecchino uses All is Ash, both her Normal Attacks and Elemental Burst gain 10% increased CRIT Rate and 70% increased CRIT DMG. This effect can be triggered up to once every 15s.”
As per Foul, in Beta version 3, her C6 will also have a 2000% Multiplier on her Elemental Burst.
I was so excited after hearing this info, even though I’m only going to pull her C1 at max.
These changes are coming in the 4.6 Version 3 beta. We also have more leaks about her constellation, but we’re not sure in which beta version they’re coming.
According to Block and TL Guoba, Arlecchino’s c1 will also include a Numbers Multiplier increase. And her C2 will start at 3 stacks instead of 2, and the 900% AoE will be instantly cast. The Numbers Multiplier increases.
Her healing on Elemental skill has changed to burst and “Appears to not clear the bond of life”. She also received nerfs to her signature weapon: 25% bond of life to 18% bond of life.
I believe we will get more leaks and changes about her in the future. Don’t worry, I’m here to update you guys with the latest updates.
Lastly, is she going to be better than Neuvellite?
Well, I think if they buff her more, there are chances she might surpass Neuvellite in terms of damage. But for now, Neuvellite is better and easier to build. But we can’t confirm that now before her final release.

you're kidding. she doesn't need protection from interruption at all, she's not neva and yomiya, she won't lose her stack,damage. and with c2, well, instead of 2 stacks, you get 3, so what? It doesn't really change anything at all. anyway, you will waste time on supports and so on, this is nothing. purely cosmetic changes.

She can't neuvillette is much more powerful than arlecchino and remember he's hydro sovereign if they fight someday with each other I'm sure neuvillette will broke her 69 bones easily 💀☠️
Neuvillette still has the benefit of easier to play. Arlecchino has more of a high risk, high reward kind of play style.

In my opinion, that I think it’s a little early to compare Arlecchino to Neuvillette, like we haven’t received Clorinde, and Murata; for her perfect Overloaded team with C6 Chevy, and the infos that we are getting is from the beta after all…

The heal move to the burst is crazy, because its the same recharge but a different place in the cycle.
Previously you could start a fight with E and then end it with E, or use another character to heal out of combat. But now that it's the burst, sure its closer to your opener, but niw it can't be done at odd times, and needs energy, and it means you shouldbt use the burst to gain bond anymore before cashing it in.
I'm not sure its actually better.
I think it would have been better to have a per-tic debt/hp reaping mechanic between her E mark and the DOT and either an HOT, or the CA grants a mini heal per target wgen the mark is cashed in. Even a tiny heal per tic ratio would give 1 alternate means of regaining HP in her very restrictive chain.
A c6r5 neuvi using spin tech 999 rounds a minute is still stronger and easier to play literally braindead…waiting for somebody insane to surpass this madness

The fact that the thumbnail says neuvillette has no resistance is laughable. The best she could is to mimic neuvi . Plus neuvi has the massive advantage of big hp + high self healing + the high mouse dpr rotation thingy + he is hydro so he works well with all the elements . The knave stans need to chill out and not bring neuvillete to every conversation
This can be a good new but also a bad one bcs broken characters like neuvi usually makes the game becomes easier resulted in boring experience since u dont need any braincells to play

A character doesnt have to be better than Neuvillette to be great. As long as she is strong and more fun, Im good.
I don't even have Neuvillette and have to say that he can never be topped. C'mon, he's hydro, self sustaining, has 360° long ranged dmg and doesn't need supports, all at C0.
