as we all know, according to reliable sources, Arlecchino is set to be introduced as the new 5-star character in version 4.6, however, as of today, there is no information regarding the new 4-star character for version 4.6.
Several sources say that there will be 1 new 4 star character that will be introduced in version 4.6, so, if you want to pull or wish for these characters, you will require a substantial amount of primogems.
Because in version 4.5 there is no new area introduced, resulting in a relatively limited number of primogems available, The total amount of Primogems obtainable for F2P Players in version 4.5 is approximately 8,880, which translates to 55 Free Pulls or Wishes.
Therefore, it is advisable to allocate a portion of the primogems acquired in version 4.5 to pull or wish for the banners in version 4.6.
Exciting news awaits in version 4.6 of the game, the number of free primogems available will be increasing, thanks to the addition of a new area in this upcoming version.
according to a reliable source, there will be a new area located in the blank space between Fontaine, Sumeru, and Liyue regions.
This new area will not be fully filled, as parts of it will be remnants of the ancient Khaenri’ah battlefield, and the size of this new region is expected to be comparable to the typical expansion maps.
so we can probably expect about 20 teleport waypoints and 200 treasure chests scattered throughout this new area, This translates to a potential total of 1500 primogems that can be obtained from this new area.
Additionally, In version 4.6, players have the opportunity to get Primogems through various events, each version typically features four events, with one main event and three side events.
The main event usually rewards players with a total of 1000 primogems, along with a free 4-star character or weapon and other valuable rewards upon completion.
In version 4.6, it is highly likely that players will receive a free 4-star character from the Sumeru region as a reward for completing the main event, this assumption is based on the strong possibility that the main event will be set in the Sumeru region.
The three side events each offer 420 primogems, resulting in a total of 1260 primogems that players can earn from participating in all three events.
During version 4.6, Spiral Abyss will be reset three times, offering a total of up to 1,800 Primogems, completing floors 9 to 11 alone will yield 1,350 Primogems.
Stardust exchange will reset only once in version 4.6, if you have at least 375 stardust, you can exchange it with 5 intertwined fates.
So, total amount of Primogems obtainable for F2P Players in version 4.6 is approximately 11,400 Primogems which translates to 71 Free Pulls or Wishes.

I guess, I need to buy welkins and crystal genesis soon to guarantee Furina. I have 42 Interwinde fates right now, currently at 57 pity in limited banner. Planning to get 2 new Characters soon(Kazuha and Furina). I'm sure, I will get Kazuha. For Furina, I need to save at least 150+ pulls to guaranteed her.
