Only purpose of Xianyun for Xiao is to be a Healer.
She's most likely to buff Diluc(Classic Plunge) and Gaming(Skill Plunge) by swirling the Pyro Plunge attack and their Plunge % is way higher than Xiao(404%), Gaming has Skill Plunge 414% Modifier and Diluc's Plunge is 442% Modifier and can proc either Melt and Vaporise.
