  1. Here’s the thing: Genshin is about playing who you want, and it doesn’t matter how fast other stuff can clear. I haven’t touched Hyperbloom for months because while it can work, I find it unfun and it’s optimal to use characters I don’t like. I’d rather use any other team and clear while playing characters I like, like an Alhaitham, Fischl, Kuki, and Nahida Spread team. It’s much more fun. People always gonna complain for no reason I guess. I still min-max my Hu Tao stats because it’s fun for me to see higher numbers on the characters I use.

  2. I just wish there was more endgame than what we have currently. I think it’s very possible to make Genshin a game that casual and hardcore players can enjoy. As long as the more hardcore elements don’t interfere with the casual experience.

  3. why doesnt mtashed not just..ignore kuki?
    or why dont they just..play what they like. i mean. yes new chars are often much better, and still…i play ningguang sometimes cause i like her and she was my first character i crownd..so just..make your own content and play the game you like and have fun with.

  4. Ffs it’s an adventure game and no the spiral abyss is NOT EASY for your everyday player. I’m still having a ton of fun building characters I LIKE. You don’t have to be a slave to the meta my dude

  5. When i started, I mained Ningguang, and then I found out that Geo is a bad element, I got a bit demotivated but still tried farming for months, and only getting bad artifacts. The fact that beating a high level geo artifact dungeon (the one in Liyue) without anyone is kinda tough that I just got tired. And when I found out that Kuki Hyperbloom was stronger and meant my months of suffering doing runs that last around 11 minutes each, everyday, I just left xd

    Star Rail is different at least thankfully

  6. GI's team is something I can tell you.

    – 1.0 4* characters being so strong (even better than some 5*) they're still overused everywhere and everytime while proceeding to release many underwhelming 4*'s after that.
    – makes electro the worst element (after geo) for 2 years until a new (but already present in the game) element makes them part of the most broken and easy reaction in the game (it's not making electro great again but just a proof of their bad game design).
    – releases Dehya as how she was (a complete clunky/buggy/bad/dysfonctional mess) while releasing Neuvillette 6 patches after who can litteraly solo everything because of how broken he is.

    They litteraly made powercreep and reverse powercreep possible in the same game.

  7. Dendro makes it where you never need to go for constellations I remember when everyone said you need Raiden's c2 glad I didn't listen she's still c0 and can still do as much damage as her c2 so suck it

Respect that the two of you support each other and the sponsored Genshin cc section has a serious issue (every clown in the search results is paid by hoyo) and the pair of you are the only shining light in this game, most player won't see it but i appreciate how you tell it how it is even though most of the viewers are clueless. The way hoyo treats cc are no different to their customers, either be a good nda shill or eat dirt, no inbetween. Great video as always, keep supporting each other.

  9. Ngl I hate the fact that some characters get reworked and they become so different. I had my first experience with this with the League mobile ripoff game called : Mobile Legends

    They had a hero named Pharsa. For those who are familiar with League, she very similar to Xerath. What makes her different however is that her ultimate (which is similar to Xerath where they would, within an area, launch an aoe attack ; only has 8 seconds at level 1 without cd reduction/ability haste, and at max level it's like 4 seconds.)

    Pharsa's ultimate lasts 13 secs and she can continually rain down attack to her opponents, she's like a walking tower though. The trade-off? She has no cc ability and her only mobility related skill allows her to cross terrain. So no blink, dash or movement speed buffs. Her playstyle is high risk high reward where she must maintain a distance between her and the enemies and if they get close she's dead.

    And yeah it was hella fun, I personally had more fun with her than any other game who had a a unit with a similar concept. So when they took her spammable ult away, I was so sad I stopped playing for almost a year. Just because now, not only did she become much more of a Xerath Clone (their ults are 1:1 similar now) and she lost the one thing that made her super fun and unique. I still play the game from time to time now, but I don't commit to it anymore just because the amount of time I wasted mastering these units can potentially just go down the drain, and they'd be replaced with a more boring iteration of themselves xd

  10. The thing about mtashed is that I think he cares wayyyyyy too much about meta without enjoying changes of meta. The people who do theory crafting enjoy when new things come out and they do new calcs, new theories of what may work etc. At least that's how I feel it. If he can enjoy new things then the game would be a lot more fun.

  11. One of the reasons why genshin dosent change/improve is because people who should have quit the game already keep playing/spend money on the game . The complains of people donsent seem to reflect on hoyovese's income significantly to the point that they have to make changes.
    So if you are bored of the game quit it and then if enough people do it maybe the game will improve and you can come back to play the game when it is the way you want it to be.PLEASE dont de a victim to sunkcost fallacy.

Power creep exist in genshin because of lack of content and nowhere else to use the dps so ppl often only uses the most op and cracked units whereas in Hsr where there are diff mode created for diff characters, even revamping new chars like herta and himeko being relevant. It has nothing to do with power creep, it simply because genshin has lack of endgame content and variety.

  13. I think this is a very bad take. Power creep is hardly a problem only in Genshin. Coming from WoW, Genshin power creep is very mild. Kuki is good, but she's an electro applicator, comparing her to main dps like Navia and Ayaka is wild. You need a good dendro main DPS with Kuki, a hydro sub and most likely a healer as well to beat Abyss, if you are a causal players. And that's' only one team. Your second team most likely won't be hyperbloom because of resistance and immunity in Abyss.

    And Abyss is only a couple of hours of gameplay every month. You can experiment with whatever team comp you want in the overworld. I really feel like this is a nonissue.

  14. Since the hunter artifact domain came out, I've done 4-8 condensed resin runs per day and my Wrio is currently 60 cr, 235 cd, and still is worse than my junk substat full EM Kuki πŸ™‚

  15. I play genshin for it's story, characters, and exploration. The farming is so that every character is usable when I want to use them. Beat the recent abyss with Navia on one side and Nilou Bloom on the other side. I prefer to build who I like to clear content with, not just use the best team no matter what.

  16. It shows in the new mode HSR added where Himeko and Herta are amazing and they came out at the release of HSR. Don't go 5 star or hardcore unless you want that char otherwise have fun and play who you want
