Skirk has been in-game lore for 3 years as of now. Childe's combat and foul legacy transformation was all thought by her when 14-years-old Childe was in the Abyss. And the reason why he's relevant in this archon quest has something to do with the abyssal whale that became his inspiration for one of his attacks.
Pulling Furina is now Everyone no.1 Priority

There is a leaked that Pyro/Cryo Archon will use model of Himeko/Bronya long ago , have no idea if it's true or not. But I have to pull for Skirk for sure if she is playable.
She's not even close to Bronya in her look. If anyone she look closest to Bella aka Benares.

Childe never appeared in Sumeru so it was fun to see him in Fontaine unexpectedly
3:15 well because he's more relevant now on this Fontaine patch than his liyue quest 3 years ago.. this is literally his redemption arc after that embarrassing liyue arc.. and this has more lore about childe than his story quest.. that girl Skirk is literally his master that taught him everything he knows about combat even his foul legacy transformation and that giant whale is closely connected to his lore.. im close to say half of the plot points on Fontaine quest are connected to childe.

Childe has always been relevant and important to the lore the moment he came out from the abyss.
