I mean, so if he is the Sovereign Hydro Dragon and if potential leaks say about him taking the place of furina as an Archon… would that mean that if thsoe rumours are true, Neuvillete could be possibly the Sovereign Dragon that has obtained back the stolen power from the former Hydro Dragon and would make him either the most powerful or second most powerful future Archon?
