I've started farming artifacts for Wrio. So far im at 3 piece Hunter's with mostly crit dmg, HP and one piece with 12,3% recharge substat I just need some more Atk and crit rate on the other two artifacts, Atk mainstat and crit rate Substat. Have crit rate main Stat on circlet so that's great. And with promised pity on 20 and all the wishes with explo, genshin's birthday and all the story and hangout quests I can still do, I'm in for a treat. (especially after getting Eula pity 82 and Qiqi pity 78. Hoyo give me soft pity Wrio pls.)
Bro didn't got 1 last roll, and artifact became trash to him despite all other rolls being crit. Bro, I would have put this at my c0 Ayato cuz he struggles that hard.

I got only crit roll on millelith hp artifact for yelan
yo i have pretty much the same circlet but wig atk, er, crt rte, rolled crt dmg and rolls nothin but crt and er lol this was so hype to watch!

This is exactly why I leave pieces like this locked and unleveled or simply feed them something to make them Lv16+
mine all rolls into atk/def its suck
I have a perfect crit with hp circlet in nobles 36 damage and 8 rate
İ have the oposite of that whit full crit dmg rolls

just go a crit rate circlet

I also have 2 circlets for Yelan. Hp and Crit dmg. If I use Hp Circlet ,my crit dmg is 206 and hp is 43k. Regardless of what I use Yelan still poppin!

That's still a ~40 CV piece. (Probably would have been better with a crit main stat and HP% substat but beggars can't be choosers)
