Dehya is a character that a lot of people were excited for at the start of 3.5 and were met with disappointing results. We are seeing that Hoyoverse has opened an avenue for us to send our feedback to them. Let’s use this opportunity for good and not spin this in a negative light.

  1. Please disregard the talk about the constellations, i was on auto pilot when talking about this lmao, but they can't legally if im not wrong change the placement or kit of the overall constellations but only the numbers affecting them. Sorry for the confusion!

  2. Among other things, I believe one of the best fixes she could use, besides multipliers, is to make her jump skip to the final strike of her burst, I mean how cool would it be Dehya jumping out of the ice and deck the enemy in the face with her punch?

    It does dmg, ends the burst early and most important of all it looks even more cool

  3. Her damage is fine, just need tick interval reduce to 1s or 1.5s, and resistance interruption should be full duration of her skill not only 9s.
    It would be great if the 2nd skill reset the duration.

I would add the jump thing as well, the fact that jumping when she is frozen cancelling her burst is a big flaw I would love for that to be patched maybe not adding an extra attack but make it not cancel the whole burst, or even make it that it ends the burst when you jump by doing her final kick instead of cancelling it all together
    I really really love her design and chatacter and is heartbreaking that she has so many many many flaws and I hope we can get it addressed and fixed

  5. More overall normal attack damage than Dori would be nice.

    Removing the coordinated attacks and making them to just 2 to 2.5s AoE attacks would made them more consistent and allow them to hit cores, when she fights targets how have higher hit boxes. Unless they fixed that.

    A control able Burst would be nice and change her Passive 2 to a party heal for every punch.

  9. Honestly they had to have made her like this on purpose, they know what works and what doesn't. There is no way they can possibly think her kit is good or well designed. They can also see the complainants and low banner sales.

    Most likely they wanted another character with ~Qiqi levels of usefulness for people to lose the 50/50 to, then feel bad and spend $.

    It's dumb and they shouldn't have done it but that seems to be what happened.

  10. Lorewise, she is weak because she sold her sword and isnt used to the new one. If they are making an artifact, it shpuld give elemental skill and burst damage bonus based on a percentage of max hp lost and will be unaffected by self healing. To a max of like 150%. And all bonuse will instantly vanish if you switch out. Which means hutao cant abuse this or any other character cant set up. Dehya's ult should replace the E skill with a dash or teleport to reposition yourself after killing a set of enemies. I think this is the main issue with dehyas ult. Sometimes you use it and you cant reposition yourself and make the ult hit the enemies you want to hit.

  11. I feel like her taking damage off field is really dumb. I think it would be better to be defensive buff based on her max HP for the on field character. And if it’s herself then when she pops her burst it become an attack boost instead.
