Xinyan is not use much because Hoyo don't give her a 4* guitar claymore as her Sig weapon,😎😎
i actually love xinyans design so i built her. her c2 is amazing and she deals 61k physical hit only with no buffs at talent lvl 8. ya her kit is messy but u can make any character a main dps if u want in the end. i hope i get more constellations

It really depends on whatchu got and whatchu need. I'm getting Yao Yao or Xingqiu.
Jade Cutter is the best in slot weapon 4 Xingqiu but this Weapon is mainly used with Yelan cuz it's hard to get his burst back otherwise

Hi. I'm a new player who started a couple of days ago. From the ones in the video i already pulled Xiangling, Beidou and Ningguang with wishes. I will get another Xiangling from abyss.
Should i chose Xingqiu as i don't have any hydro characters yet (plus he is strong) or should i get another Xiangling for constellation?

I think your analysis is fair. For me, it has to be Xinyan. She is frequently in my lineups, and I currently have her at C3. Getting her the correct artifacts really comes down to understanding how you intend to play her and then understanding which artifacts follow that strategy. Since that setup results in a plan that is far less definitive, I understand why so few players take the time to build her. The only thing I wish you added to your video is a reminder of which characters are available via Starglitter. I would not completely discount the characters that are available via Starglitter, but it is something to consider if that character is only one away from the sweet spot or C6. In that situation, it might be better to use the invitation for someone else.
It's hard to be a veteran in this game. Because All I have to do is get Yaoyao.
