1. You can get yaoyao for free from the players choice liyue 4 star, and her best in slot is moonpiercer, since its an em spear with a dendro based passive

Do you have a polearm billet and some dream solvent (or even a midlander billet if Scaramouche boss has been good to you)? If you have the blueprints for the Sumeru polearm it might be a good choice. It's what I'm using on my Yaoyao
if Yaoyao needs some EM maybe you could try the new spear given by the Sumeru aranara quest! it's em and gives buffs based on dendro abilities!

Fun fact – I never got Jade Spear or WGS from standard banner but get one Jade Spear from wep banner on random pull so i now have good weapon and guaranteed one of 2 event weapons (Homa and Yelan weapon waiting room)

Y'all where did you get any info she has any EM scaling? Both her skill and burst scale of off HP, and none of her passive talents scale's of EM either. Constelation wise same thing, I mean c4 gives EM but again, based on HP. So if you want EM for her, it would be only viable as a spread dps since Dendro support(ignoring Nahida) doesn't need EM as much as spread Dendro dps. So what Kekvin would want on Yaoyao is either Black Tassel or Favonius/Prototype Starglitter, not a Kitain or Dragonsbane. I guess Moonpiercer could be good for supporting other, but if her particle generation is bad I wouldn't personally reccomend it.

Use the sumeru spear for yao yao
I love Hu Tao but I have no idea what would be a good team for her in this series. A melt team probably with Rosaria or a overload team with Raiden shogun but I'm not sure?
For Yao Yao you can put her in any team, but I recommend a Cyno aggravate team with Cyno, Raiden, Yao yao, Yun jin. Replace Yun jin or Raiden if you need a shielder more.
