  1. For the people who are saying it could be the hydro archon, that is incorrect. The reason is because paimon doesn’t remeber that she actually broke the vase but only the traveler remembers. The reason for that is because paimon is from teyvat so therefore she won’t remeber that the vase broke because scaramouche changed the past. But the traveler remembered so therefore this mysterious person is a descender. And all the archons are from teyvat so no it is not Focalors. My biggest guess is that this is actually istaroth THE GOD OF TIME. Because scaramouche messed up the timeline and guess what, we get a mysterious person telling us about the rules of time. Not a coincidence huh? And focalors is the god of justice, she wouldn’t know a single thing about time.

  2. In the jp dub, the voice sounds a lot like Yuu Kobayashi, i may be wrong since some seiyuus sound the same to me, but i really hope with the voice being Kobayashi.
It's been highly theorized that the god of time is based on Cecilia Schariac from honkai impact, and since Kobayashi voices that character, there's a big chance this voice may be from the genshin version of Cecilia..
I may be wrong tho, maybe I confused the seiyuu haha😅😅

  3. I feel like this can't be any of the gods in teyvat, and I honestly feel like this isnt istaroth either (cus like, if istaroth isn'ta descender then there's no way that they remember. Cus if they're from teyvat then they too will forget). This could be the unknown descender because they remember why that vase fell.

  4. Alright, here’s my take on this. For those of y’all guessing that the voice may be Focalors, your guesses are wrong. Focalors is the god of justice, why the heck would she know a thing about time and what happened?

My guess is that this voice is actually Signora. Why? This is meant to be the new interlude chapter. In the Interlude teaser, we saw the Fatui gathering at Signora’s funeral. I guess some people even guessed that she was going to revive, because as we know. Hoyo doesn’t just drop teasers that mean nothing, or just another Fatui Harbinger death day party WITHOUT SCARA. I say that Signora was most likely REVIVED, or rather, she was connected to irminsul (?) or was affected by Istaroth somehow, which is why she has access to this info. Also, her name is just a Basic Inazuman NPC… and “The Voice from Heaven”. Makes sense ig.

  5. When the mysterious voice mentioned something about changing Teyvat's fate, it brought me back to what Dainsleif said in the Teyvat Chapter Storyline Preview video saying that "The thread of all fates will be yours to reweave" if the Traveler proves they're worthier than Dainsleif to rescue the Abyss Twin.

  6. What if it is really focalors? I mean she has the courage to judge other gods what if she's the other descender? Also she knows not to make an enemy of the devine for she is divine herself and she's aware of their power? It is also said that Fontaine is the most advanced nation among all nations in teyvat maybe she brought the technology where she came from in Fontaine? Just my theory.

  7. the person is someone who was watching the traveller's moves till now ig from mondstatd itself and expecting a future for teyvat from her/him…maybe saw the scene when paimon accidently broke that vase…..and i think that person may be from celestia or a heavenly god.

  8. Honestly i think its the calm voice from the beginning. The Sustainer of heavenly principles. There was never a fight intended in the beginning. They wanted to leave, but they couldnt because of unfinished business. The sister became corrupted with the abyss, and the travelers journey began 500 years later. If the sustainer was being a bad character, she probably wouldve just let them die.

  9. The person is very likely a Descender, but with a slim chance it might be Hoyo teasing Focalors like how they did with Nahida in GAA before Sumeru release. Guess only time will tell

  10. This voice really gives vibes of some ancient wise deity (or likely, the remnants of such) who warns the Traveler not to be fooled by illusions.
Istaroth is said to be perished in the sands of time, but from what we learned in Ei’s second quest it seems a godlike entity can never be truly dead in Teyvat and is still able to communicate after centuries of laying low. Also, the voice never left an elemental sign after itself, so it does add up to Istaroth theory or some other god existing before the current Seven.

To add up, people of Enkonomiya after being thrown under earth still worshipped Istaroth as they explained in the book that she was the only one who didn’t abandon them in their misery. So despite what little we know about Istaroth she appears to be somehow caring about nations and also the outsiders (gives an important advice to Traveler for instance, doesn’t jump to conclusions and blame with Scara situation). And the slight but weary resignation in the voice could be explained by the repeating scenario (or so called fate) she probably witnessed countless times: people evolve – Celestia throws a giant nail at them – people are again bound to be stuck in dark ages.

I personally don’t think it’s a Descender we witnessed at the beginning (arrogant genocidal dictator Kiana-Herrscher-wannabe), however it could be a second or third Descender we are yet to encounter (and who knows, they could be dead, hiding among commoners, or decided to stick with archons/humans rather then exterminate nations), I don’t deny it. Traveler is the fourth of them and look, he is farthest thing from the Unknown god.

It is all a speculation of course : D

  11. The Tsaritsa finally makes contact. That slow, cool tone. Reaching out at the apex of our interference of her plans.

She knows everything of the history of Teyvat, this is why she wants to burn away the "old world".

  12. I'm glad she was there to reassure the Traveler that his memories weren't fake. When Nahida told him that his sibling came from Teyvat, he was starting to doubt his memories and he was questioning what if they really came from Teyvat and all their years of traveling was just a lie. Turns out Teyvat itself is a whole basket of lies lol

  13. So it's probably Istaroth or one of the descenders. I'm learning towards one of the descenders. Even the gods don't remember history that has been rewritten, so it's most likely a descender. Unless Istaroth is a descender

  14. The one reason i think that this person is from teyvat is because of what they said, that it's not really easy for a mere person to alter history. This is not someone who's immune to changes would say, because them saying this doesn't really make sense. In conclusion it would be pointless for a descender to point this stuff as it is very much obvious by now.

  15. It's either

    God Of Time: Istaroth
    Cryo Archon,God of Love: Tsarita
The highest status of The Abyss Order

When it comes to Time..Istaroth is a straight guess
But when it comes to Fate….we once heard Abyss Lecture talk something about the fate of this world & Tsarita doesn't accept the fate of the fallen of Khaneri'ah

But so far i guess its Istaroth since she/he is God of Time & time keeps flowing so on fates will become more solid & come true

  16. This voice is probably Istaroth. Considering this interlude quest has dealings with time and changing the past. Scaramouche attempting to change the past must have gotten the attention of the god of time themselves, ISTAROTH. Considering both Makoto and Venti have worked with Istaroth before, it already suggests that she was relatively active with the dealings in Teyvat.
Now interestingly this debunks the theory of Paimon being Istaroth from the time changing in the menu. But it still does not debunk the SUSmon theory.
Now the final line she say is also another interesting one. "History does not change easily, but human hearts can. Believe your eyes. Only that which you see is true. What is unseen is but an illusion." This is similar to Schrodinger's Cat. Where there is a paradox in which what caused the vase to break. Was it because Paimon got startled by Scaramouche or because something else knocked it over?

  17. the voice is probably not someone from teyvat but if it is someone from teyvat, it has to be tsaritsa. think about it, nahida was able to find a way around the erasure of irminsul, the only other person who would come up with a method for this that i can think of is dottore (maybe alice too but irrelavant lol), and he would share this method with tsaritsa. we still dont actually know %100 that dottore forgot about rukkha, we just assume so because we think everyone from teyvat forgot. the voice being tsaritsa also has some great story potential when you think about it. but after saying all that, i too think its istaroth, but i think tsaritsa option has better story potential haha
