If anemo is bad on its own then so does every other element except geo. This tierlist doesnt make sense, geo should be the strongest if he uses that logic.
Geo is really not the weakest element, I can handle all abyss 36 stars with 4 star geo character. simple too. my ningguang burst 100k+, 50k+ skill dmg and 35k+ charged shot. u way wrong
Every elements has their own role. Electro synergy give energy regen. Geo synergy still good though. We have Xiao as an anemo dps and soon will be Wanderer. Wdym by anemo is weak if it stands by itself?
My personal ranking would be: 7. Geo – unless you have an EM build (which unless you're insane like me you probably don't) or Zhongli the shields from crystallize can be replaced with Dionas shield or something. 6. Dendro – It's new but I hate how I need to have 3 different characters to pull off some reactions. Requires too much work and an entirely new team comp. Probably much easier to use this with a low ping on a computer but I only have a laptop so… 5. Cryo – as a Freeze lover, kinda useless without a body of water or a Hydro character. 4. Electro – My least used element before Sumeru. Didn't fit into my team comp or even have characters I would have fun to use. If I was ranking this based on my favourite to least instead of how good they are to me, Electro would be dead last. 3. Pyro – Diluc is a fun character for me to just turn my brain off because his kit is so simple. Burning can be done almost anywhere there is grass. I also hate cryo and electro enemies so Pryo tends to be on my team if I'm not using a Freeze comp. 2. Hydro – I ran a Freeze comp eversing Version 1.4 cause that's when I got Xingqiu to go with my Chongyun. I also didn't have a shielder so having the enemies stop moving even for a second was very valuable to a high ping mobile player like me. 1. Anemo – My favourite element and the one that gets most used along with Hydro and Pyro in my abyss runs. Venti just makes floor 9 – 11 a cake walk. Venti burst, infuse with Hydro, continuous Freeze attack with Ayaka, new enemy wave, Venti skill, and repeat. Anemo CC is dead useful in the spiral abyss right now since the fungi can get really spread out and some don't even move and just… toddle on the ground.
This tier list is absolutely awful, dendro and electro quicken/aggravate reactions are incredibly meta as of right now. Anemo is a brilliant element that has many utilities to extended or buff reactions.

ive mained anemo lumine since day one and lemme tell you it can be pretty damn powerful if you do it right
