  1. I think your title on video is dramatic since it not easy to co-ordinate outside sources for the event. Genshin is a game company not world tour celebrity that need to sing on global stage. Delivery and offering genshin merchandise aint that easy unless they have team up with major companies to produce the items in same quality and manner. Plus delivery goods to other countries aint simple as black and white unless some items being delivered to different country doesnt slap tariffs on the merchandise . I wanted a genshin Ayato figure but i cant simply get on my local store.

  2. This video is very misleading when it comes to its title. Global doesn't mean NA. Population-wise, North America has a population of 592M (2021 est.), which accounts for 7.4% of the total world population (2022 est.), followed by the European continent, with a population of 748M (2022, Worldometers est.), which accounts for 9.3%. Asia on the other hand (encompassing all regions) is registered at an estimated 4.7B people, some 59%, more than half the count of the world's population.

According to one source, Genshin Impact is estimated to be played by more than 60 million players, roughly the same population count as all units mobilized in ww1. Regardless of the actual statistics, the vast majority of players are based in Asia, particularly the China region, where an estimate of 16M people play the game, followed by the United States at 11.6M, then Japan at 11.2M (at the time of article reporting).

Sorry for the rant, but this entire text wall should at least drill into your mind on how wrong and misleading your title is. North America doesn't and never will represent the global fanbase.

  3. I was at Toronto's FanExpo, and yes, the booth was a disappointment :'
It was a veeeeeryyy long line, only for a picture with "official" cosplayers and a poster :'v
THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE MERCH!!!!! I would have gladly bought some, but NOOOOO, there was NOTHING!!! TTwTT

  4. Yes! The Genshin booth at PAXWEST earlier this month was super disappointing! Why only provide activities/merch/food truck at the LA event and then only offer a small poster at the others? We spent $$$ driving to Seattle from out of state, including a hotel, because our family loves playing Genshin Impact. My daughter saved her money and was so excited to buy merch in person. Even more strange was that the Intel booth was better at representing Genshin, because you could play all of the unlocked characters on their computers and got a themed postcard with a code for 60 free primogems. I’m glad someone is calling them out. I couldn’t believe someone at Hoyoverse thought that this would be okay.

  5. I came to Fan Expo Canada, and there was only a photo booth with Zhongli, Venti, and Raiden stands, after that, you get a free poster. I was sad because there wasn’t that much, but I still had fun as it was my first convention. Got to take pictures with Genshin Copslayers, and also other places sold Genshin merch and I even got a whole mouse pad from a Genshin mystery bag. So I say that that Genshin did was 4/10 because they didn’t really do much, but they attracted people to sell Genshin merch. I personally was excited about the free poster but it varies per person.

  6. The thing is I've been checking the Genshin Impact Tour website everyday and it still doesn't have the date and time the fan expo is coming and ending for N/A even though New York has it's start and end dates which is from October 6-9. So I believe the actual fan expo is going to start maybe around November or December of 2022. I've also never heard anything about the fan expo starting yet.
