I freaked out seeing ufotable on the screen. Do note that its Hoyoverse and Ufotable collab and not Genshin and Ufotable so that means Honkai may also be included in this long term project. Its like Ufotable got the exclusive rights to all anime-related series coming from all Hoyoverse games.

Not to be that person, all speculation btw since they never specified, it's just an "anime project".
But just to curb expectations, it's probably not entirely about an "anime" as in a show. Especially when they said it in context of how their trailers have been improving. They're probably just doing the Honkai thing, but without HoyoAnime (not that it matters because they outsource most of it anyway).
So much like Honkai, it might include an anime at some point, but is in no way limited to it.
Is what I'm guessing is going on.
As like any anime series in this day of age it will be 12-13 episode per season. If successful they could go the entirety for 7 seasons.

Ufotable or not, I have never seen scenery quite like this in any anime or video games. Absolutely breathtaking. Much like the source material did to video games, this anime will surely breaking new grounds for the anime industry.
