I'm a bit disappointed that i won't be able to pull her signature sword (also the fact that's the only sword in game with an hp substat). It's going to be hard to make nilou have high hp without the sword

From what i understand, her skills makes her normal attack deal damage based on the skill damage.
If so, i think fesfering desire would be a good choice since its increase 32% of our skill damage and gives decent crit rate instead of hardbinger of dawn
Myy ass deals more dmg this isnt insane n ure probably running maxed out artifacts n wep .. n shes on c6 too Not impressive at all , infact childe does way more dmg with his riptide , this absolutely trashy in comparison

if you dont understand her E:
she dances 3 times
depending on the LAST dance, you can use NORMAL ATTACK (left button) or E to activate it, it has different effects
if you use normal attack (left button): your normal attacks will be hydro infused for 10 seconds (normal attacks only)
if you use E: you will have an hydro aura that follows the character and applies hydro on him for 8 seconds
so she can be a dps or a sub dps, depends how you wanna play her

she seems like she’d work well with a slightly altered dps kokomi artifacts, so like 2p tenacity 2p HOD with EM sands hydro goblet and hp% circlet
