Alright, I will try to explain the logic flow of this puzzle.
First they will show you the pattern to imitate
The 1 magatama(the comma thing in the sharingan) shrine is the starting point and it all connects to the other shrines of 2 magatamas when you start it up.
The shrine will connect in sequential order. 1 magatama will connect to 2 magatama, the 2 magatama will connect to the 3 magatama, the 3 magatama will connect to 4 magatama, and so on. ..
Once you get this connection logic down, just follow the connection pattern on what's shown in the big shrine and you will solve it.
