I’ll put this for information purposes, all their names and what we know of them so far:
The girl singing on Signora’s coffin: Columbina “The Maiden”. Little is known about her for now.
The top hat man with the long nose: Pulcinella “The Rooster”. No. 5. From the clip, he is the mayor of Sneznaya’s capital. He is also the one that recruited Childe into the Fatui.
Holding the glass vial: Il Dottore “The Doctor”. Essentially the “Mad Scientist” trope. He recruited Scaramouche into the Fatui. He also experimented on Collei. You’ll find more info of him & Collei in the Manga. Is known to be the cruelest of the Harbingers, even more so than Signora and Scaramouche.
White haired with red crossed pupils: Arlecchino “The Knave”. Runs and orphanage, raising the children to become spies for the Fatui. One notable spy would be Katarina whom you’d find in the chasm. Her dialogue also hints that she sometimes works outside of Snezhnaya.
Orange hair with red scarf: Pop artist Ed Sheer- I mean Childe “Tartaglia”. No. 11. We know him so let’s move on.
Faceless knight: Capitano “The Captain”. We don’t know much, but apparently he is likeable by his subordinates, according to Viktor.
Eyes closed with glasses: Pantalone “The Regrator”. No. 9. The richest man in Snezhnaya (more than Childe), runs Northland bank and handles all of the country’s economics. See the coat Yelan wears? She stole it from him lmao.
Small girl on big robot: Sandrone “The Marionette”. Not much about her, sadly. Btw, ‘risible’ means laughable, of sorts.
Half mask, leaderlike: Pierro “The Jester”. No. 1. The first Harbinger. Alongside the Tsaritsa, he founded the Fatui. He recruited Signora and Dottore himself. There’s speculation he is Khaenri’ahn, which would explain why he is working with the Tsaritsa.
Of course our missing friends:
Signora “The Fair Lady”. No. 8. Is the Crimson Witch of flames, watched her husband Rostam (Favonius knight) die during Khaenri’ah’s fall, and was then exiled from Mondstadt after being called a witch when she used her powers to defeat the monsters, avenging her husband and protecting Mond. Hates Barbatos for not being there to protect his people, causing her husband’s death.
Scaramouche “The Balladeer”. A failed prototype of the Raiden Shogun. Intentions unknown, he once sabotaged the Kaedehara clan’s name, causing them to lose popularity and the title of nobility.
