Top characters chosen by players to be used in spiral abyss 2.7.
This list is average of floor 11 and floor 12 only. It is to make it more accurate and understand which characters are more used in this cycle for the specific monsters.
It doesn’t consider Floors 9 and 10 as they are always the same monsters and characters in each cycle which made the list a bit monotonous and doesn’t reflect changes in teams based on specific ley line disorders and enemies. without these floors, we can actually see which characters are more or less used.
However, this list does not rank characters on “power” or “damage”, but more on characters that players used more than some other characters which can complete 36 stars in 2.7 cycle of Spiral Abyss. As a result, this list will keep changing with each abyss reset as each reset beings new monster lineup and different ley line disorders which are favorable to certain characters and unfavorable to other characters. That is why we can see some characters used more than others. It is also entirely possible that in future abyss cycles, the lower characters will rise up and popular ones can be lower.

I used Diluc in my vaporize team and almost did the 36 stars in my first run, he stacks very easy this abyss buff, he was giving 60k in each E basically

I was expecting Mona at the top, but she is not even in the list. Well there are so many new hydro characters to try. That may be the reason

Bennett was my first 4 star character from a banner, at first I thought he was so weak and useless, now I can't stop using him.
I think you really should just make ranking of only Floor 12 usage rate, because let's be honest Floor 11 is very easy and characters used don't really matter.
This is the first time that Albedo clinched the 10th spot. As a geo enthusiast and one of the few Albedomains out there, I'm so proud of ma boi alchemist!
It's great seeing that Yelan rammed through the rankings this patch, already beating Raiden, Xingqiu, and Xiangling… It's also nice to see that with Yelan's release, we got to see a lot more Yoimiya and Hu Tao

Sucrose is so good in this spiral abyss.
The good of albedo is that you can slap him in pretty much any team comp that he will work.
(Also I like that the SECOND they take out enemies that counter shields in abyss Zhongli comes flying back to the top usage rates,is that things common enemies rise and i shall too )
Man I love Ayaka freeze team (Kazuha, Mona, Diona, Ayaka) and Rational and International so much. Using these in Abyss feels so fun, smooth and powerful
Honestly even if Kazuha is #2 in the abyss. Its still very impressive in this abyss version. Like this abyss version is obviously to showcase Yelan, Xiao and Itto. But actually it makes sense that Bennett and Kazuha are top 2 since putting them together in one team wow they are unstoppable.
Wrt Bennet, he does have a new team where he's the on field dps with 4 piece crimson . Bennet yelan xingqiu xiangling

Full star abyss with this comp xd
PS: Xingqiu and Yelan buffing a c2 Shogun shreds anything really quickly. Double electro solves the ER problem with Yelan. Ofc I use Sac bow for Yelan to pretend I have c1 😀

Such a good abyss after cryo dominated for various patches. Surprisingly 2.8 is still pyro impact according to leaks so a huge W for Hu Tao 😋

QUESTION: Is the RAIDEN SHOGUN best DPS for this Abyss?
Bcoz Raiden Shogun is mostly used as the DPS/Sub-dps her Rational team or the HyperCarry r cracked at C0.. can we say for this Abyss best DPS is Raiden Shogun!!!

The matter of fact that kazuha wasn't in first place shocked me. we still have a long journey ahead with new character's that could rise up to the top and new enemies that could change out how we change our playstyle in the spiral abyss.

As much as I love my boy Kazuha it's nice to see someone else in the top spot. The fact that he's always been so high up shows how amazing he is, considering most people didn't go for him. I hope he gets his rerun next patch so more people can get him on their teams.
I am using just the starter teams and 4 star free weapons and the highest I've reached is 11-3. I will post a video when I finally clear 12-3. :)))

Honestly this is the first abyss wherein I could full clear with experimental teams that aren't necessarily meta and so I had a fun time replaying it

Yelan already having high usage is crazy. Gonna see how she climbs up further later down the line and probably be at the top eventually
