  1. 🌸✍️Twas so that Hu Tao was once claimed to be overrated. Twas so that Hu Tao was once claimed to be second fiddle to Xiao. Twas once claimed that Xiao (curtesy of the Xiao-Simp-Nation half year boast) was the greatest since sliced bread, but now. ISO is but old news and Hu-Tao reigns supreme.✍️🌸

  2. Are you still working on a build/equipment comparison video? A bit surprised you released a video with just the trial and not you own built character.

Just trying to gain perspective on your interpretation on the various set combinations since I keep seeing people saying "'the math guys' all conclude Dragon's Bane is the best 4* weapon for her over Deathmatch, Lilith Spear, or Blackcliff Pole. I can see maybe the Lilith Spear due to team comp, but with a good artifact set, does the Dragon's Bane really surpass the polearms that increase your crit changes or damage? (and I'm not just talking about ONE BIG PP number among a mass of "meh"… I mean in reality)

If you happen to see this @Howllzz , would you mind just dropping a reply saying if you're working on it or what your thoughts are? I'd appreciate it for a friend. (I have a Staff of Homa so I'm helping her out with her Hu Tao) Thanks in advance.

  3. My Hu Tao has no ER, looked for good supporters and found Klee (haven’t touched her in months) and she has a good kit for generating particles for everyone else in the party, stated to give her endgame stuff (she’s only lvl 70) and got exited and started to plan to lvl her to 90, then I played her and my God she’s awful to play… damn. Really hope she gets a rework if she ever get a rerun banner!

  4. It was super cheesy her show case. She has the best gear she can use and then her later spawns don't include any elite enemies(I'm pretty sure I remember Zhongli's having that contrast). Pretty much every other show case has been a little more equal, but this one is more stacked to make her look as good as possible to get people to pull. That isn't to say she is horrible, she can be fun, but it kind of hides her down side. I hope people play her story(not really that either though) and see a bit more of the contrast. Between the two you get a better idea if she is for you or not.

  5. They really wanted me to go Tao, got the staff of homura in less than 30 pulls from last 5* weapon, then got 2 x Hu Tao in 50 pulls from Xiao last pity with zero off banners in my last 3 5*s so I will pay for this later I am assuming. Although with Xiao I went straight to 90 for him. Balance?

  6. heres a comp ive been using with my hu tao so far its pretty good need to test these other teams.

    Hu Tao Main Dps
    Ganyu Main Dps
Mona (just got her so wanted to play around with her but xingqui would be better) apply hydro and her burst
Diona cryo resonance and her shield ability

  7. Great video. My only concern is that if I go with Hu Tao, Xiangling, Kaeya (I don't have Diona) and Sucrose I'll get in trouble without a healer. I'm not that good of a player to not take extra damage.

  8. I have Ganyu/Mona C1/Xinyan C2/Diona, should I put Hu Tao instead of Xinyan? so I go changing between Ganyu and Hu Tao, using melt, vaporize and froze? I don't use Xiangling because I don't like playing with her

EDIT: I'll admit I will build a Xiangling support for abyss since I have her in C5 LOL

  9. howllz, i was watching your noelle videos. will my noelle be strong if she has over 3k defense, 1.1k base atk, 30/80 crit ratio? i use her as a support/tank/healer/passive dps

  10. Mate, I'm sorry to say but you don't have a clue how to build her. Given your E talent level and the fact that your base attack sits at 715 at level 90. You need at least 45k hp to get the max 400% out of her E. So you are playing her at mediocre stats. And that's being generous. Get better artifacts then do a guide. Just simply click bait.

  11. Diona might be great considering her Cat Paw shield will help Hu Tao maintain a low HP for a longer duration. Then when the shield wears off Hu Tao can burst and gain her HP back.

  12. I find that cycling through my supports as soon as her E is down works just fine and I don't really NEED a second DPS…by the time I re-shield and apply Xingqiu's Q/E then her E is either back up or just about back up. This is not including whatever I could possibly be doing with my 4th character.

  13. Aiya!!!!! A guide finally worth my wild .
Hu Tao isn’t the best ,but I can relate to her so much. She’s weird and love to make people life in her weird sense of way. She is very beautiful! As well!!! ❤️

  14. I got lucky enough to get her but I have no interest in the Staff. I think the Deathmatch is way better since you get a consistent damage rather than fluctuating dmg based on her current HP. As for support, I bring Zhongli and Noelle to swap in to continuously putting up a shield for her so she can stay longer in the battlefield while below 50% HP. Noelle's passive is also perfect for Hu Tao when you used E a bit too much without tapping her health off. As for the 4th member, I took Xinyan for another shield and for the pyro elemental resonance. This is my way of keeping her on the field almost indefinitely even when her E skill is in CD. She's currently level 60 and she's already hitting as hard as my level 80 Zhongli.

  15. I think 7 sec is enough to switch with the support unit like xingqui to cast their ulti rhen switch again to other support to cast skills, right before you switch back to Hutao.

  16. Alternative for the less min-maxing or less relic-lucky of us, 35% damage vs pyro from Lavawalker set does a lot. Obviously melting is stronger than going wild with just fire, but if you don't have reliable lingering elemental support, the 35% on everything she does after the first hit is very nice. Also worth pointing out that quicker skill recharge speed from C2 Chongyun and/or wind team bonus will reduce her downtime.

  17. Would Chongyun work ok as the melt enabler? Have a decent amount of constellation on him and since hu taos pyro can't be overwritten it wouldn't be an issue that he applies cryo right?
