How I 100%ed Liyue in LESS THAN 24 HOURS [Genshin Impact]

Here is how I fully completed a nation in less than a day. I am someone who hates exploring but in this video, I’ll show you what I learned throughout this entire process and in my opinion, the most efficient way to explore a region.

Like and Subscribe if you enjoy! I have more videos like this down the pipeline.

In terms of editing, I feel like this was one of my best. I hope you all enjoy.

  1. It's worth noting that Genshin is already aware you won't find every single chest. The 100% counter doesn't actually account for all of them, just most of them instead. So, it's very possible to 100% a region without guides. Whether or not it's possible to get every single chest is a different conversation…

  2. Liyue in my experience is the most stubborn one, i haven't 100 any area of it yet even with the compass, Inazuma was easy altho i didn't unlock the compass yet 😂😂 same for Natlan

  3. I often explore regions to 100% on the account of other players, and what I can give as an advice for peoples who want to do that themself and not rely to anyone else : enjoy the technique you love the most.
-If you don't find it fun to use the interactive map (I recommand the unofficial one like the others in the comment section), then I really recommand the compass. It's not as great as the interactive map, but if it's funnier for you, then go for it (I aso prefer that way even if I do use the map). Tho the interactive map can be faster since you do not have to search around, hoping to find chests.
-Outside of waypoints and statues, the shrines can gives a lot of % (depending which area this is), followed by the oculus (depending of the area, it can gives sometimes up to 2%), then the chests and then the boxes in the water/piles of rock.
-When you're missing a few % and you don't care to truly 100% it and you know you already have every oculus in the area, you can check on internet the hidden chests of this area ! Most of the time you didn't got them and it's enough to have it to 100%. If it's still not the case, even farming the lil boxes in the water or rock of piles can also be enough ! (and it can happens sometimes the interactive map doesnt have the hidden chests)
-Do not hesitate also to put pins on your map ! (like the chests you can meet but dont take because you did go for another one, or to pin which oculus you saw on the map but didn't took/the oculus you already took) I promise, it makes it a lot more faster and pleasant since you don't have to go back !
-As for Natlan, if you haven't explored already the 5.2 map, Ochkanatlan can have a piece of the crimson ring so no worries if you fully explored the area of Chasca's tribe (or at least, took every luxurious/precious chest in this area), you will most likely find it in Ochkanatlan ! (and opening the place with the ring helps a lot in the area %, do not underestimate it)

I wrote a whole essay, help-
BUT YEAH, here are my advices ! Good luck, I have to go back exploring whole Sumeru for the 3rd time, I will try to survive ✨

  4. I'm working on 100% all of Liyue too, since most of the liyue regions are already at 85%+ I just teleport to each waypoint, activate the compass, and repeat the process, then I go to areas that are between several waypoints (where the compass probably couldn't reach) and explore, for the moment I've been able to go to 99% and then I search for hidden chests using youtube guides 🙂 (I usually only need 2 to 3 more chests) I get it done pretty quickly like this

  5. Merry Christmas to those who celebrate or Boxing day for people who live upside down (me)

Thank you all for the support and comments but I just want to clear things up. I know you all mean well so I will take your advice but YES I should have been using the INTERACTIVE MAP instead.

I said it before, I have never really gotten into exploring, this entire exploring thing is new to me so evidently , the best way to explore is not going to be obvious to me. Prior to publishing, I had no idea what the interactive map is but I promise it will be used in my future videos.

Anyway, thank you for watching the video!

  6. something else I have learned as somone who has 100% mondstadt, liyue, inazuma and chasm is look for the rock piles too idk if they appear in liyue but especially in places like the chasm I swear the struggle was real before I knew this

  7. Just to add a couple of things:
    – Not only crates in the sea, but rock piles, and any other object that behaves similarly in other regions are the same, they count for the completion %.
    – 100% doesn't mean that you have all the chests of any area, when I was done with the first part of Natlan (What was released in the 5.0) I had around 320 chests unlocked, and I've seen people showing that there's actually 400, you can see how many you have in the achievements of each region.
    – IMHO, It's better to pace yourself and do a little everyday, whether you use a guide or nor, I usually do the daily mission that can give me an achievement, and replace the other three dailies with exploration, this is how I completed all Natlan before 5.2 and areas that were releases in 5.2 are already completed before the 5.3. But besides this, I completed Sumeru between September/October.
    – About Sumeru, there's A LOT of hidden chests and on top of that there's some kind of hidden quest that leads you to a cave full of treasures, but to open them you have to help wild Aranara, and there's 76 of them and I don't think the compass marks them, but since you're already using markers for dendroculous, and maybe chests, you will run out of markers, use an external map or something to keep track, you don't want to loose track if you decide to do this one.
    – Watching guides about hidden chests even if you have the 100% will usually give you a good yield of primos.

  8. I had quit the game last year because of studies. Now that I don't have any studying to do, nor a job like you, I started over again, in a new account knowing full well that it will be a pain to not be AR58 and have zero 5 star characters. Watching your videos inspired me to to actually play the game properly. I Completed All archon quests, 100% explored monstadt, liyue and inazuma( can't believe it myselves).

  9. if you’re trying to 100% areas, make sure you keep an eye out for wooden crates and rock piles. Also, you can use the interactive map (unoffical) or guides. Personally I like to follow xzpy’s guides here on youtube! ^_^
