this story quest was much more messed up than i imagined when i started it.

I'm sorry, but this was such a disappointment after how good the Act IV Archon quest was. This whole quest was just sitting / standing around in rooms listening to people talk about something that we (basically) figured out 5 minutes into the quest. Even the one "action" sequence was dull.
And this story isn't even that unique – we've already seen the (spoiler) good person does questionable thing with good intentions (/spoiler) countless times; it's old and not interesting anymore.
Sitting through this quest was like having someone read to me the game's obtuse and overly verbose gameplay instructions.
I cannot express how bad this quest was, especially since everything else in Natlan has been top-tier up till now. It really feels like they ran out of budget for this quest and that's why we sat around for hours listening to the most tedious and boring dialogue imaginable.
Losing a child was never easy for a loving parent but what Tlazolli did to that poor girl made her no better than the monsters of the Abyss who murdered her daughter.

man these characters story quests we got in natlan are so bad soooo bad npcs be yapping non stop for 10 min XD one sec of bad internet and i have to go through this sht again

Genshin’s slightly stiff character models make the quest even more creepy. I played this when lying in bed at night and 2:04:16 legit freaked me out.
2:04:21 I think she's completely nuts after the death of her real daughter
The story quest was slightly intriguing but also messed up because of Tlazolli scared me through out the quest (for some reason she reminded me of Mother Gothel for the possession) and i'm glad Nepecha managed to get away from her and Xilonen taking her in is one of the reasons i love Xilonen
Don't forget that Xilonen's house came alive and nearly ate Kachina.
I joked at the beginning that she kidnapped that girl but seeing it actually be true was so shocking 💀
I love how they did this part 1:51:53 usually they would cut to a cutscene but this was perfect

Just what the hell happened to Tlazolli's voice? It was good acting in her first appearance then in all the later acts it turned into such robotic shit. Even the voice pitch didn't sound like it's from the same person anymore. Felt like her VA got replaced with ai or smth

– Chang the ninth quest, village near wuwang hill Liyue
