Recently, we got the full lineup for the second phase of version 5.1, and these banners look fantastic to pull on. The main reason is the 4-star characters. So in this video, let’s talk about why the banners in the second phase are great and what 4-star characters you can expect in version 5.2.

We’re getting Nahida and Hu Tao as the featured 5-star characters, which was already officially announced a long time ago, and those banners are not bad at all. But what’s even better is the confirmed lineup of 4-star characters—Sethos, Kuki Shinobu, and Xingqiu.

Not only are most of these 4-stars great on their own, but they also have strong synergy with the limited 5-star characters, which makes these banners even more appealing.

Let’s start with Kuki Shinobu, who was already rumored to appear with Nahida in the second phase. She works exceptionally well with Nahida. Her Electro healing and steady Electro damage make her ideal for Hyperbloom teams. With Nahida’s constant Dendro application, Kuki can rapidly trigger Hyperbloom, delivering a lot of damage. Her healing keeps the team alive, making her a reliable choice for reaction-based setups. Kuki is such a versatile unit that pulling her in the second phase is always a solid choice.

When it comes to Hu Tao, Xingqiu is the perfect teammate. His consistent Hydro application through his Elemental Skill and Burst works beautifully with Hu Tao’s Pyro damage, leading to massive Vaporize reactions. Xingqiu’s Hydro application lets you maximize Hu Tao’s damage, and his healing provides extra security, especially since Hu Tao benefits from staying at lower health.

However, if you’re planning to pull for Nahida instead of Hu Tao, the 4-star characters in this banner can almost form a complete, synergized team around her. Both Kuki Shinobu and Xingqiu work excellently with Nahida, making them top picks for reaction-focused gameplay.
