Id say neuvi first then arle. Playstyle-wise arle is more unique but id say neuvi is quite self sustainable. He has good HP bcs he builds from it, hydro resonance gave more HP, and said HP stack gives him more dmg. U can build him like a tank and would still give good dmg. And also he heals himself to full HP with his balls 🗿🗿🗿
If your definition of best dps is having comfortable clear times with no resets then it is neuvillette but if you define best dps as having the fastest clear times then it is mualani

i agree on Arlecchino! Imo neuvillettes playstyle is boring and kinda basic for me 🙂
