The nameless Islet one is glitched for me. The pathway doesn't spawn in :/

i have 4 murals photo but the next quest doesn't trigger
I don't know why there is now 3 precious chest on the far northeast island when i came there
I can't find the way, i set the time and nothing happened

I was missing the mural from Minacious Isle. I literally went the whole map & opened all the hilichurl chests (on water), some of the bubbly Mora boxes & found all conches looking for those
Idk how I missed that, I checked every island & rocks visible on the map

The quest in the cave, if I didn't wanna do it when I went there first, and I go back to do it then why doesn't it let me? How could I do it
