  1. Theres something special about what hoyoverse is doing with their music that I wish more companies would sponsor. instead of just making a soundtrack they feed it back into the arts and it will give it a legacy like a king would commission a great orchestra work. I also love how they treat their performers like rock stars with pyro, lighting, and cinematography. wonderful reaction. They definitely do need these performed worldwide like you said at professional and community orchestra levels so people can experience it live without barriers.

  3. I also sobbed like a baby watching this performance, not gonna lie, like "I'm crying but Im not even sure why", it's just the sheer beauty of it <3 The first one is canonically an ode to ressurect heroes back from the dead in a special ceremony uniting everyone in the Natlan nation. Makes it even better with the context! Second one is a overworld battle theme, the lyrics cheering on and celebrating the heroes! Great reaction as always, Michelle 🙂

  4. The fire was awesome. They do have another world tour, hopefully you can attend.

Only two regional themes remain; "Mondstadt" (Europe) and "Liyue" (China) (the video previously reacted to did not include the "Liyue" Theme. I recommend the full "Reflections of Spring" mini Concert by the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra for "Liyue". It is a great mix. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8svl0sQXDLI&t=145s

1 "Moon in One's Cup" – Daytime Capital City Theme (Liyue Harbor)

2 "Rapid as Wildfires" – Battle Theme (Already Heard)

3 "Devastation and Redemption" – Cutscene Track w/vocals Opera!

    4. "Rays of Sunlight" – Overworld Music (Minlin region)

    5. "Through the Eyes of a Dragon" – Cutscene Track (a variation of the famous "Rex Incognito")

    6. "Rage Beneath the Mountains" – Major Boss Theme (A favorite!)

    7. "Liyue" – Region Theme

Alternatively you can listen to the region theme only. Direct links:

  5. These songs make me a bit scared. I emotionally connected to them on the first listen even before Natlan came out. Looking back at Sumeru and Fontaine, they took the everyday songs of the region and played them at and important moment and linked them so emotionally to the story. I can't listen to those songs and not get emotional. And this song you just know they are going to play at some epic emotional bittersweet moment and ruin us.

  6. Genshin's Shanghai Concert 2023 also did amazing visuals on stage together with their live performance to match the environment that certain pieces were presenting. It's much cooler in person but even through video you can still see it and feel it.

  7. Me encantan tus reacciones.

  8. 'This needs to be performed live, all over the world' – Yes! ❤ It's so sad that so many people are missing music like this simply because they don't play Genshin, or games in general. I believe we should rethink how we perceive modern media, because with storytelling and music like that games deserve more recognition than films now. Thank you for sharing your reactions to it and spreading this beautiful music a little further. ❤

  9. I absolutely adore every Genshin live symphony video they produce and I genuinely feel so lucky we get to watch these. This one in particular was the first that made me emotional as well, the auditory experience listening to this was unmatched, but as a Peruvian, seeing traditional instruments from the Andes like the zampoña (pan flute) which I've heard in Peruvian music all my life, made this truly incredible.

  10. I'm not related to the ethnic group they represent but I'm not gonna lie… I was holding back tears the second they started to sing and couldn't hold back and started to tear up when I heard the flute, so beautiful, not sad tears but feel emotional and empowering at the same time

  11. many Orchestra has made genshin performance. but the bar is really high, because of the range of musical instrument that are involved, it is extremely hard logistically. only big cities like Shanghai, Tokyo, London stand a chance in finding all the musician required to play the huge variety of instrument… maybe it would draw more people to pick up world music just to perform genshin music…

  12. Loved your reaction, the emotions you showed while watching closely matched mine. Both tracks are incredible, but the first one is also very powerful, it evokes a feeling of pride for a nation that doesn't even exist! I think they did their job very well.

Btw in case you didn't know, since you mention it at the end, hoyo does do tours around the world for genshin! They did one last year and they're doing one this year as well – I went to the last one and I'll be going again now in October! Very excited!
