This is one of the reasons why custom artifacts needed to be in this game, It may be true that you can only do that a few times per patch, but it still reasonable that they are finally realizing that the grind is just underwhelming, and the fact that we have so many characters in the game especially for those who are new, it would be an unpleasant and unfun experience
I have been grinding the Scara domain for so long, probably well over 20k, 30k resin and my on set anemo bonus goblet is still trash, im so happy to finally be able to get one automatically
I remember building my Mika (I love him lol) and spending over 20 fragile resin (1200+resin) on the Nobless Domain and barely getting anything usable. And Mika only needs HP and ER…
I actually used my friends acc cuz she let me use it and do anything to upgrade it, she had 84 fragile resins she has furina and neuvi on that acc I spent like 84 resins mostly on artifacts but I still did not get a single really good artifact the best one I got was the one with 30% CD substat on a feather.
😅 After 7 months I settled on the worst artifact for Alhaitham because after that much time it was the only artifact of that mainstat I could get so no 5k isn't a lot
Yup… still farming Emblem of severed fate since i got Raiden Shogun back in 3.5 4? Not sure it was verson 3.something. Basically this entire time ive used raiden shes been a off-field DPS/onfield dps hybrid cause i cannot get crit% or crit damage to upgrade. Edit: wanted to add that farming for Arlecchino's fragment of harmonic whimsey set was much easier, i have perfect Flower, feather and sands… the only thing im missing is a great/near perfect pyro goblet and for the circlet to stop upgrading defense and just upgrade Crit%
I have been in Marachaussee Hunter for MONTHS looking for an attack set to run on my Diluc. Instead I have been getting solidly HP or DEF scaling pieces… I got a single flower and a goblet I can copium on if I am desperate enough but all my circlets? HP or DEF. My 49cv feather? HP. My sands? HP and DEF for daaaaays. I think Signora cursed me more than I thought when I farmed Crimson Witch for half a year
This is literally the best sum up of those videos. At first I thought my 50 fragiles on my challenge account would be far too enough to build the characters. but doing the math it's a tiny amount in the grand scheme of things.
Ok listen 5k resin is a lot but artifacts are RNG , so instead of saying "Oh yeah its not a lot " what you should say is ,there cant be too much or too little, you might get god pieces with 5 runs or get nothing after spending 160K resin in the vermilion domain also lets be honest you dont need to spend as much resin to get a decent build for the abyss you just need the characters to be good in the first place

i have spent like 2500+ condensed runs in marechaussee domain thats 100k resin minimum 💀💀💀

This is right it's completely up to the luck. I at least got a nice luck on my artifacts for god knows how, but isn't the same for everyone.

Year yet There's Zyox Who wasted 3 years on Vermillion with Over 300 Thousands of Resin yet he still doesn't have #1 Xiao
